Make Money on an iPhone Upgrade

Alec Saunders has a blog post showing how you can make money upgrading your old iPhone to a new one. It basically hinges on a trade-in program from Best Buy.

You can kite iPods (and iTouchs or any electronics for that matter) legally at Costco using their 90 day return policy.

It's useful given the fact that the Apple upgrade cycle and battery policy makes holding any given model, longer than 90 days, iffy.

I'd be surprised if Costco would let you keep buying an iPod and returning it 80 days later.

Not a bad idea though.
