The Detroit News has an article about the new US presidential limo. Built by GM it seems to be pretty much a custom vehicle made to look like a large sedan.
Follow up: Bruce Schneier has a blog post with some more links. One is the same graphic linked to in one of the comments below while the LA Times article has an actual picture of the new limo.

I was intrigued by the bottle of the president's blood. Do you suppose it really is his blood or just his blood type?
I just hope they don't ever need it.
And I hope they rewrote the software. The computer in my caddy is insane.
Doesn't the computer in your Cadillac still use paper tape?
